Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) from the University of the Punjab and a BS in Pakistan Studies from Allama Iqbal Open University, Zill E Rukh Mushtaq serves as Legal Representative at an Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan — regularly appearing before the Hon'ble Lahore High Court — alongside a role as Associate Partner at FARZIL LAW.
He now leads FARZIL LAW | Centre for Dispute Resolution (FLCDR) as its Founder & Director, and is Gazette Notified and enrolled as an Accredited Mediator by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of Pakistan.
His alternative dispute resolution credentials are international in scope: a triple-accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator through ADR ODR International (recognised by IMI, CMC UK, and SIMI), a Level 1 Accredited Mediator of the Singapore International Mediation Institute, and a qualified Associate Arbitrator. He holds memberships of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Young ICCA, the American Bar Association, the American Society of International Law, and WIPO ADR Young — as well as young-practitioner memberships with ICSID, the LCIA's Young International Arbitration Group, and CIICA's Young Arbitration Group.
His research on integrating artificial intelligence into ADR — published in an HEC-recognised policy journal — argues for a human-centred statutory framework where technology advises and people decide.
